PAYMENT

We gain authorisation before any items are despatched. We will deduct VAT from the total value of the order for customers ordering from the Channel Islands and outside the U.K. We accept Debit Cards, Visa & Mastercard.

CARRIAGE

We deliver to all addresses throughout the World .For all orders delivered within the UK we offer the following:
STANDARD DELIVERY – Royal Mail First Class RECORDED DELIVERY
Cost £4.50.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY – Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY
Next day delivery £6.70.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Carriage will be recharged at cost on all orders outside the UK.  If you require delivery outside the UK please telephone  0044 (0)1789 488 885
Orders from overseas cannot be accepted on our website but please contact our Customer Services team on 0044 (0)1789 488 885

DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all goods within 10 days, stocks permitting. We use Royal Mail and UPS to deliver all parcels.

VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT. We will deduct VAT from the total value of the order for customers ordering from the Channel Islands and outside the UK.

GOODS RETURNED
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. However if an item is unsuitable, All Things Alpaca is happy to exchange or refund any unworn purchase that is returned within 14 days of receipt. 
To return an item, take the parcel to the post office. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of postage and state fully your name and address to which the garment(s) were delivered.  If you return the order postage and packing charge will not be refunded as this part of our service has been completed.  Prices All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Products that have been reduced have been available at a higher price for at least 28 days in retail shops.
